Terms and conditions for registration for Pharma Deutschland members area

Pharma Deutschland has created a password protected area on the Internet for its member companies. Only the employees of our member companies are authorized to use this area. The user may therefore not pass on the access data to third parties. Authorization to use the members' area ceases when the user leaves the member company. The user is therefore obliged to inform Pharma Deutschland immediately of his/her departure. This can be done by e-mail to info@pharmadeutschland.de. Pharma Deutschland is entitled to block access to the Pharma Deutschland member area in the event of unauthorized use.

Terms and conditions for registration for events

Registration for an event is binding. Cancellations can only be made free of charge in writing up to eight days before the start of the event; the entire participation fee is due for later cancelations. Unfortunately, the number of participants in WiDi seminars is limited; participation is determined by the date of receipt of registration at the office. The program and speakers are subject to change due to current events.

Terms and conditions for ordering brochueres

• This offer is aimed exclusively at commercial customers.
• The price list is valid for one copy.
• All prices without marking include shipping costs and VAT.
• For non-member companies, the prices in brackets apply.
• Your VAT identification number should be stated on the order.
• Our sales tax identification number is: DE 122 273 741

Please note the following points for deliveries abroad:

• Bank charges of approx. 3.50 € will be charged.
• Postage costs will be charged separately. We send our specialist literature as a consignment via Deutsche Post. The actual postage depends on the size and weight of the literature you order and your country according to the current postage table of Deutsche Post AG.
• Depending on the destination country, in particular EU third countries, customs duties and other charges may apply in accordance with the statutory provisions.
